Kiwis

If you didn't know, I'm a Kiwi. That means, I am a New Zealander. From New Zealand. Which is a country. A couple of months ago I was chatting to some Americans. They asked what country I was from. I replied "New Zealand". It baffled me when I realized they had know idea what it was or where it was. "What's a 'New Zealand?"

A couple of weeks later another person told me "Good job for learning English! I can't speak a second language". WELL IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT ENGLISH IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF NEW ZEALAND. Fancy that? Also, I said I was a kiwi, and the person said "What, like, the fruit?"

No, like, not the fruit. New Zealanders are given the nickname of kiwis because of our native bird, the kiwi.

Cute. But don't get the impression that we all look like this :

Heh heh heh. Not that you would think we look like this, but just incase. :)

Why so Genie?

Helloo, my name is Holly. You may be thinking... "You're not a genie." Of course I am. Why? You don't believe in Genies? See, I used to be crazy and wanted to be a mermaid. But then I discovered Genies; after i had finished watching the 3 seasons of 'I dream of Jeannie'. Genies seemed a lot cooler than mermaids, because they are magic, and can have anything they want within the blink of their eyes! Also, Mermaids seemed like they were of greater risk of danger. For instance, getting nibbled on by a shark.

See?!^^^  However, a genie, like myself, could easily get out of a sticky situation like that.

Heh heh heh.........  ;)

As you can see, sometimes I don't focus. This beaver is so fat it's arms got swallowed up! (LOL jk, i just forgot to draw them in :p). Let me try and shrink this giant beaver who is stuck in the ocean. :)

So, this proves a good point about how genies are more powerful than mermaids. I have yet to be in that situation of an encounter with a shark, but in the near future, i'm almost sure something like that will happen. I'll keep y'all posted.
